Ultra Support Achieves SDG Recertification for 2025/26

Driving Sustainable, Responsible IT — With a Fresh 3.5-Star Rating
Ultra Support has once again been officially recertified under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) framework for 2025/26, proudly achieving a 3.5-star rating. It’s a strong acknowledgement of the work we’ve delivered — and a clear signal of the improvements we’re committed to making next. Certificate
Sustainability, ethical governance and community impact remain central to how we operate as a business and how we support our people, customers and partners.
Our SDG Focus Areas
We continue to align our efforts with four of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, targeting areas where Ultra Support can deliver genuine, measurable impact.
SDG 1 – No Poverty
We ensure every employee receives at least a living wage and continue supporting local community initiatives, including food-bank partnerships and volunteering activity.
SDG 3 – Good Health & Wellbeing
We invest in physical and mental wellbeing through gym access, wellbeing initiatives and support programmes designed to keep our team healthy, engaged and thriving.
SDG 5 – Gender Equality
We uphold strong equality and anti-discrimination policies, combined with training and inclusive hiring practices that support a fair and balanced workplace.
SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption & Production
Sustainable procurement, waste-reduction efforts and supply-chain accountability remain core to how we operate. We’re embedding circular-economy thinking throughout the business to reduce environmental impact.
What Our 3.5-Star Recertification Means
While last year’s score was higher, this year’s 3.5-star rating reflects transparency, credibility and a commitment to continual improvement. It demonstrates:
-
Strengths across welfare, responsible governance and community contribution
-
Clear areas to elevate as the sustainability landscape evolves
-
A long-term commitment to responsible operations
We’re not chasing stars for the sake of it — we’re building a business that does right by its people, its customers and its community.
Our Roadmap for 2025/26
We’re approaching the new certification cycle with renewed focus. Key priorities include:
-
Improved tracking and measurement of sustainability performance
-
Expanding wellbeing and inclusion activities
-
Scaling structured community-support work
-
Strengthening supplier sustainability oversight
-
Increasing team-wide involvement in sustainability initiatives
These steps form the foundation for higher performance in future assessments — and a stronger sustainability story year on year.
