Smart Hands & Eyes

Our nationwide field based technical engineering team coverage provides a stable platform for us to be able to schedule an engineer to attend your remote site and act as a trusted pair of hands and eyes. In collaboration with you or your customers support teams, our field based technical engineers can be guided to perform tasks and functions remotely, freeing up your customers precious central resource to manage strategic functions for their business.

Hardware Pre-Staging

Whether your customer is planning to deploy a single storage array at their head office or rolling out new servers to every branch office, we have the ability to provide end to end build, pre-load and configuration services from our facility in Stevenage. Our technical workshop engineers have the ability to perform some or all of the following stages as part of your customer’s requirement. Pre-build Hardware to Specification, Pre-install Software Builds, Prepare Pre-installation Configuration, Perform Scripted Test Cycles, Remote Connection and Configuration Download, Asset Tagging, Storage & Project Management.

IT Relocations & Migrations

At UltraSupport Services we can either, manage every aspect of your customers IT relocation or you can engage our engineering and logistics teams for point solutions within the overall project. We have been engaged in an array of relocations and migrations over the years and our engineering and logistics teams can happily manage everything from a single production system out of hours to an entire DR suite over a weekend. Consultancy

UltraSupport Services provide our partners with access to high-level in-house Networking Consultants who deliver services ranging from ad hoc day-rate resourcing through to ownership of entire projects from start to finish. Our vendor agnostic consultants have skills ranging from Cisco CCNP / CCIE (and the equivalent networking accreditations for other manufacturers such as HPE), as well as extensive experience with many other niche networking vendors.  Our Consultants can deliver High Level Troubleshooting, Network Audits, Capacity Planning, Stakeholder Consultation, Network Topography Design, Network Development & Project Management.

IT Asset Disposal (ITAD)

With data protection being of the highest priority when contemplating a hardware refresh it’s important for our channel partners to work with an established and trusted partner. With the introduction of GDPR, more than ever before the consequence of a data breach for businesses & public sector bodies can have significant ramifications, both reputational and financial. UltraSupport Services can provide end to end IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) solutions catering for all of your customer’s needs, with our services including secure on and off-site HDD shredding, bespoke data erasure and asset value recovery. This service is backed and delivered using CPNI, CESG, ADISA and EA certification, with security cleared staff and GPS tracked vehicles.

Workshop Repair

Since 1996 workshop repair capabilities have been at the core of our business and where possible, to reduce environmental impact, our workshop engineers triage all faulty parts returned from service calls, with a large percentage successfully repaired and stringently tested before re-utilisation. Repair is also a service that we offer to channel partners on-site at their customers’ own locations: as a standalone proposition our engineers can deliver the triage, workshop repair and refurbishment of faulty enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage and network hardware.
